Mercedes W201 190E 16V EVO

Iam Marcel, iam 23 years old and i started with a W123 200 car from 1977, After drivin that car for 4 years i bought myself a 1983 190 !, And 1 year later i bought a 190E which i sold a few months back. When i buy a car i will strip it down, clean and fix the things and then rebuild it....

I finaly found myself a good base 190E, I got the car in France, and yes it the Version of france

The car is from May 1985, just 9 days younger then myself! It got those options:

The only thing the old owner took of where the headlamp cleaning system.. , I already got myself a nice pair of Orange Hella blinkers! I only need the original rims on it...
At this moment i am stripping the car! 3 wheelcovers where perfect! and 1 on has some rust... I have to fix that.. but its all out of sight!

At this moment around 191.xxxkm iam the 4th owener..
got all the maintaince papers from 2002 sinds 2009..

I have seen some cars in the Netherlands, even one in Denmark... But the all had alot of rost.... This one has 1 spot on the right rear wing at the buttom... But that can be fixed without ever see it

What a great car! 2 times more power as my standard 190 which has 90

I hope i can finish this car before the summer ends... i would love to go to Hockenheim! In holland you dont see alot of them....

if everything is going as i plant... i can drive the car this summer... but the welding i need to do must me done... but the weather outside is to cold or snowing so i cant do it... in 2 weeks i got 1 week of, so if the weather is fine it will be done

Just behind the rear bumper theres abit of rust... but not that big... i fix it and you will never see it

Very nice car, one of few 16vsold in Monaco!

yes idd !!! i dont know how many france versions there are?? but i keep it in this state

here`s an update... in 1 month i did all of those things :
Installed a new dashboard!
renewed some off the dashboard lights!
Installed Original MB 10cm speakers in the rear instead of 2 10cm pioneer crap.
Fixed the rear speaker grills with new fabric
fixed the rear left rust problem! weldet it.
Almost finished the rear right rust problem see pictures...
cleaned almost the entire bodykit and putted in Meguaris!
Painted my tacho unit.
Removed the front wings... no rust there!
also no rust at the wagenheber points!!!
