KE Problem ??

Hi guys !!
First of all apologise me for writting in english istead of in German.
I think my car ( 2.5-16v 102.990 engine RÜF ) has a lack of power. In the last years I have changed fuel injectors, spark plugs and wires, fuel filter ... and i think that it has not enough power. Recently i installed an AFR in order to know how the KE works, and i think that when i press the gas pedal to the max it would need more fuel.
I believe this because in this situation the AFR clock goes from 13,8-14. In some forums i have read that at max acceleration the AFR must be around 12, in fact, when i leave the gas pedal a Little the AFR goes up to 12,5 for a second and the car accelerate ( just a Little ) when it should stop.
AFR at 1000 rpm is rounding 13,5.
What do you think about it ??
