Hello, i had these manufactured from a friend in Norway.
I quited using this because of the probability of harmfull efects caused by dont use an harmonic damper. This is most suitable for high spec engines with regular maintenance or for an allroud precise balanced engine.
This is high precision machined, accordind to my frind he used the stronggest aluminium and the best steel he had available, if necessary i can ask him for metal references he used.
The total diameter of the wheel is 130mm, thikness is 5mm.
The part is very lightweight, i can have this mesured on request.
Fits perfect to crankshaft and stock pulley. It have a TDC OT mark, the wheel is 36 teeth total, 1 tooth has to be removed according to user choice.
IMPORTANT i didnt have possibility to test this part on a running engine! and im not able to do it soon. but is a 100% fitting part, balance was made, is made to dont fail as you can see.
Included are Hub+ wheel+ bolts.
Im asking for 150€ (plus shipping) for these piece due circunstances, i can have more of these made but i not guarantee the current price im asking.
Im open to trade this for other parts close to the the same value:
Large swaybars- w124 500 600 front, evo2 or similar rear
w124 r129 rear callipers\disks 300x22mm
Oil filter adaptor plate, for relocation of oil filter.
any other performance parts for w201 chassis\ 16v

nic, but where is the sensor? and how many teeth has the triggerwheel?

There ia a another company in norway that make a another triggerwheel that are adjustable.
With this you only have to shave a few mm from the vibrationabsorber and mount this between this and the pulley.

Hi,

The work is excellent but you
will have a resonance problem
with no damper.

The 16v engine uses a flat plane Crank
where engine harmonics will
cause resonance which needs to
be 'dampened' out.

Hence the fitting of the Crank Damper.

Well.. my damper has gone before ?20?.000 km. I don't know what should happen without, until now it works.

Just see that old topic and have to say: I'm still running without damper. We didn't notice any problems to the engine so far.
