How To Get TUV approved Exhaust for 190 16V

I come form http://www.190rev.net and have been making a few parts for the 2.3-16V which should also fit the 2.5-16V.
One of my achievements is having a developed a full Stainless exhaust replacement with 3 optional tip configurations. My understanding is that everything in Europe goes through strict TUV approval? Can anyone advise how i can have my exhaust kits tested for TUV approval?
Exhaust Info
T304 Pipe/Muffler internal and external construction
T309 Weld Rod used for every joints
T439 laser cut flanges
Downpipe:
Dual 50mm pipe, 54mm Ball style lip @ connection
Main pipes 63.5mm
82-93dB Street kit
95-110dB race kit
No Catalyst will be provided (a bypass pipe is supplied for catalyst fitment)

I would like to start offering these kits in Europe but need clarification of the local laws.
