Hi all w201 friends!

Greetings form Norwegen and the MB 190 Klubb! I have been checking out your forum for a while, and I thought it was time to show of my car here. Hope you like it!

It started with a pretty standard 2.5-16.

New parts :) Engine suspension and propeller shaft updates.

New gear lever bushings!

The engine has new bearings, piston springs, chaine and so on. Everyting has been balanced for it to run freely. Some work is done to the intake and exhaust ports to.

This is the status now. I do have some engineprob. at this moment. Dont know what it is.

Made a little photostory about my car, just for some inspiration. And a video from the trackday this summer, you can hear my car about 45sec out. Also a clip from my dynorun.

looks like a self-made EFI, is it?
nice that you changed the SEC bonnet, hate it...

good luck with your engin probs, what kind of are they?

Hope you find the engine problems soon and its not so bad (expensive).

Thanks :) The catkiller is org. from ang E36 M3 ;) It fits very good, just some mild modification to get it to fit perfectly. Im happy with the rims :) It do stand out in the crowd.

The EFI is just partly self-made. I've build the wireing, fuelrail and so on my self. All sensors and coils are Electromotove. The ECU are from DTA S40.

Afte a trip to the track, the engine lost some power at the top, first I thought it was an EFI-problem, but I've lost 1.5bar in komp. on cylinder 4. Some thing isnt right.

I dunno why but I'd take your car, if you don't want it anymore... ;)

I also like the rims and your choice to remove the SEC-stuff.
It looks like a lot of work and a bit money. ;)
Also the new painted engine looks nice.

What was your reason to take the DTA S40?

Hmm isn't that a bit low? Are your sure that the compression was right when you dynoed the car?
I think you should earn about 40 PS/nm more with an EFI.

Good luck with finding the problem, hope it's nothing expensive.

Hey.
Sieht sehr gut aus dein Wagen.
Denke das die 171rwph die Radleistung ist.
Und das ist nicht schlecht.
Der EFI umbau ist auch sauber.
Träum ich auch noch ein wenig von. :-)

Habe mich mit dem viper schon ein wenig auf dem Norweger Club Board unterhalten.
Die 171,5 PS sind Radleistung, gemessen wird dort im 5.Gang.

So, what does the engine deliver? ;)
Dunno what to do with 171 ps/21nm at the wheels.
