Mercedes W201 190E 16V EVO

I try to explain it in english:
I bought a very good teilleder 16v sitz with good lether and fabric!
The back part with the side wheel to controle the angle of the seat. How can i convert that from rightside to leftside ?

i alrady tryed this:
I drilled out the 3 popnails, removed the unit. But then i cant figure out how to remove the last parts......

In my mind i saw a topic on some board where they did this to ?

The seat part i already changed from right side to the left side:)

that part i mean

i have never converted a right side backrest to a left side backrest. if and how to convert it i don't know. why do you want to exchange the complete backrest, ist the backrest frame broken, bend or in any other way damaged?
if only the backrest cover is damaged, this can changed individually.
the covers are the same for the left and right front seat.
to change the cover, you have to remove the back plate of the backrest (2 phillips screws from downside) and then unclip the plastic hangers for the cover on the frame. if you have done this, the complete cover including the coconut fiber cushion could be removed and fixed on you left seat frame.
it's not that difficult, ok you may have to fiddel around a little bit but it's doable...

Well i didt try that but i did what you told:
2 screws,
unclip on 4 sides..
But then the fabric is still attached to the backrest ??????
On the WIS they only explain it for a normal seat which is different from the inside....

So if i can remove the cover its oke too! because the cover is in much better condition they the one i have
