it's a reality a new intake manifold for the 190

after a long hard work i made a new intake manifold for the 190 16 v here i'm posting tthe pictures well your comments are welcome, i 'll launch it with a price around 490 euros.

Are they for installing ITB ?

Which are the diameters ? because 2.3 and 2.5 don´t use the same.

this looks allot like the amg version w/o the injectors

or the haggman inlet manifold.

If i can give you a tip: make sure the original oilfilterhousing wil stay on.
the brakebooster vacuum is still possible
the hagmann and the other "motorsport" one thats posible, and the manifold will be more easy to install on an roadgoing car.

and if you are going in to more design: also intergrate the injectors and the butterfly's

now you can sell an ready to fit product.
make it compatible with an pipercross airbox. or ofcourse the jenvey one ( yours)
and the jenvey turbo plenum( then you will hit the jackpot!)

if you want i can stop bij for a fitment with my 2.3 16V efi ( bifeul GPL with ABS and original brakebooster.
i can take the original one of in 30 min's,
and i live 90 min away from you in the netherlands.

my car is equiped with the same injectors as the amg one.
and in 30 min's i can let it run if the TPS and fleulrail is ready.
