Pistons or rings 190E 2.3-16 M102.983

Sorry about english. I have been looking for a piston kit to my M102.983? It seems that Mahle can not be found anymore from dealers and Wiseco supplies only turbo CR (8.5).
I am looking for standard size (or repair size) and CR 9.7-10.5. I know JE will produce those but lead-time is too long and the rods should be 149mm.
Anyone got a set for sale or a good idea for a source? Also set of rings to my old pistons is an option.
