Ok ....es gibt weitere Neuigkeiten !
Nachdem ich die letzten Tage etliche Telefonate und e-mail Verkehr mit dem TÜV Nord hatte ( ich habe ihn mit Unterlagen zu bombardiert )
habe ich heute folgende Mail erhalten !
Ich schreibe mal die wichtigste Passage raus !


Nach Sichtung der Unterlagen sehe ich keine Probleme für den Umbau,wenn er handwerklich i.O. ist.
Den Termin mit mir bitte unter folgender Telefon-Nr. absprechen:

I´ll tell you this much...as far as the craftsmanship involved...if they´ve got anything to say i´ll rip the exhaust off the car with my bare hands and feed it to them.Bit by bit.

Nah...on a more serious note Maki...u just get up here...cause you have no idea how good this looks and sounds...just get here and be done with it.

Tried to send you some last minute pictures of what i´ve done the last couple of days,but out of some reason i couldn´t get the MMS´s to get through.
So...what i´ll do is take a bunch of pics at the end of the day tomorrow and post.

Hallo Maki,
erst mal ziehe ich den Hut vor den schönen Bildern der Arbeit an Deinem
Motor.
Selbst ich als Verfechter von Saugmotor, Hubraum und Drehzahl finde daß Dein Motor echt scharf aussieht, mit Sicherheit Druck hat und Racing perfekte Arbeit geleistet hat.
Mit dem TÜV mache Dir keine Sorgen, wenn die sehen, daß die Arbeit perfekt ausgeführt ist und die Bremsen zur Leistung passen, haut das alles hin.

I´m so looking forward to your thoughts and reactions at hockenheim.
But...in doing that-at hockenheim that is-have in mind that this is a LOW boost setup,just of modern design.
IOW,we´re not even straining what can be done with a turbo.

Came saturday,came Maki.

Finaly.Realisation.
All money involved aside...greatest moment was seing Makis face when he for the first time got to drive his turbocharged EVO.
..and much to my joy everything just simply works.

We still need to hook up the SLS system container and so forth(going to do that today),but that´s basicaly it.

Come monday we´re going to to a first "service" of the engine.

Last night though was priceless..Maki was mainly just walking around with a big focking grin on his face and looking at all the details of the install...listening to the engine.
..and it DOES sound as good as it looks.

In short,the wait has come to an end

Hi Leute,
während der Schwede hier sich vorbeireitet fuer den Tag heute...wollte ich kurz mal hallo sagen !
naja wie Jesper schon sagte....ich bin bisher ganz zufrieden milde ausgedrueckt !
Der Umbau sieht live viel besser aus als auf den Bildern ...wirklich mir gefällts sehr was Jesper da umgesetzt hat!
Bin gestern schonmal kurz den Wagen gefahren....und obwohl bisher fast nix eingestellt ist und noch wir noch einiges von den letztendlichen Leistung entfernt sind....geht der Wagen schon jetyt verdammt gut!
Der Sound vom wagen passt zum restlichen Erscheinungsbild....der ist fies
So wir muessen jetzt los...sind noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten die zu erledigen sind!

Hi Jesper und Maki.

Manchmal benötigen die guten Dinge im Leben etwas mehr Zeit um vollendet zu werden

Aus meiner Sicht ist es vollkommen normal das nach solch einer langen Standzeit von Makis Evo und einem solch großen Eingriff am Motor und dem gesamten Betriebssystem durch dich Jesper nicht alles auf anhieb rundläuft.

Ich bin mir aber sehr sicher , das ihr die Kinderkrankheiten/Standschäden zügig in den Griff bekommen werdet.

Also, "Hold On" und Großartiges wird dabei rauskommen

Don´t get me wrong Frank.
I´m in total agreement.
In fact,i´m glad the setup per se works as well as it does.
Imagine having an engine that produces power as a race engine,and still is docile as a stocker at low revs and idle-for moving around town.
Sort of a DrJekyl&Mr Hyde in essence.

I´ve got two concerns really.
First is that i want Maki happy.He´s been waiting to long for anything else,and have hauled the car half way across europe in disapointment to many times.Not just for now,but the long run,and to do that it ALL has to be thought through.Including stuff like the SLS.

Second.
I want to turn over the keys of something i´m proud of.
..and don´t get me wrong Frank.
I AM proud of what´s been done here.No two ways about it,because the motor setup works,looks and sounds like a dream.
However,the motor does not constitute an entire car,and an entire car is what Maki will be driving.

We´ll get there as fast as we can,but...like you say.."Kinderkrankheiten" needs to be wrought out of the project.
