Mercedes W201 190E 16V EVO

Bought these today, Evo 2 Brembo,

Damn, very nice! May I ask what you have paid for them?

215 euros for both, they do however need a good clean. Oh and they only weigh 3.7 kg each with pads!

Das sind die Aluminium Sättel soweit ich weiß?
Mir wollt grad jemand zwei E500 für 500€ andrehen... Etwas überteuert finde ich.

Yes its the aluminum calipers. He actually wanted around 500 euros the first time i asked him in August. But he got back to me a few weeks ago and said i could have them for 215 euros.

Was für ein Glück Na dann wünsch ich dir viel Spaß mit den Sätteln! Die sind echt klasse.

The evo2, w124 500e, and w129 500sl, do they bring the same caliper ??

basically yes, the 91 and early 92 500e and as well early 129 500sl had these calipers of the evo2 too. in late 92 the alloy caliper all over the production line was changed to a cast iron version, which had a better noise and vibration manner. the disadvatage of course, was the increased unsprung mass on the achsle.
the rotors are the same in all applications (evo1,evo2, prefacelift 500e, early 129 500sl) 300mm. later on they where changed to a 320mm version and bigger calipers.....
