After trying to find a company in germany that actually could deliver this kit, i talked with Sandtler. So in about a month my H&R motorsport suspension kit with Nürburgring Nordschleife Abstimmung will arrive. €1257 with UPS delivery to my door is a pretty good deal.

keep am eye on the rear shocks. They made trouble sometimes. That´s why we changed into Bilstein shocks.

Finally my subframe is done. Powder coated in satin black, will probably outlive the car. Time has come to put it all back together. Just need to sandblast and paint rear brake headshields

Today was probably the first time in months i actually spent more the 20 min in the garage. Started to put the rear subframe back together again. I trial fitted all parts, and noticed something interesting. All the fasteners kit supplied with my linkage arms was m12 bolts, and my old ones where m10 bolts. Started up EPC and yes, a few years ago Mercedes apparently decided to switch to M12 bolts, this wasn't really a problem, except that some of my new linkage arms was of the the old type with M10 bolts. So now i need 2 new bolts and nuts for each side, and there's no way i could find that on a Sunday. I really want put it back together tomorrow, so ill used the old ones tomorrow, and replace them later next week when i can get some brand new M10s.

Hopefully i can put everything back together tomorrow ( except the diff, needs to be reconditioned first).

Well after a couple of hours in the garage today i manage to put the rear subframe back together. Johan dropped by and took my head apart, thank you!

Me and Johan ordered new gaskets from CC Autoteile in Germany, after a nice 4 week delivery time, our parcel was finally delivered. But surprise, it wasnt the Goetze gaskets that we ordered, these were from a german company called DPH. Looked like the cheap budget brand Ajusa, which the previous owner put in my engine, and it was just crap.

I forgot to bring my camera with me today and my PC cant detect my phone so i cant transfer the pictures from today's work. Ill try to transfer them at work tomorrow. Anyway i managed to puy the complete rear subframe back together today, my Evo 2 antiroll bar is fitted together with the metal rods from the w124 TE. I also went over to Jespers place to collect both front and rear subframe bushes in Delrin, 6 pieces. No problems at all fitting it.

While i was busy in a meeting with some of the other members in the garage, Johan put the rear subframe back up and also fitted my new Group G springs and motorsport dampers, very grateful for that, thanks Johan

I still need to get the diff back up, have found a 3.46 final drive which i will replace with the stock 3.07, Jespers will also convert it so i can get more lock from it. Also need to order front and rear discs, will probably go for drilled Zimmermann discs with Pagid RS19 pads on the rear and RS29 up front.

During christmas i will try to put my engine back together, and i need to order a wiring loom from VEMS and modify it for my engine.
