HELP, ... needed from the USA

Figured I'd try this forum to see if I can get some thoughts to my stalling issue. Below is what I posted elsewhere but no responce. Any thoughts or questions are welcome!

Go figure, my 16V has been running great but all of a sudden it stalled on me when I was driving it. That was it, it woud start up right away, but only drive for about 15-20 before it would just shut down, like someone turned the key off. So I soon learned that to get home I was able to switch the ingnition off and on quickly as it started to stall, and it would recover, and do the same thing 16-20 seconds later.
So, here is a video. I hooked up my ohm meter to the Idle controle valve with test cables. I found that the numbers would faulter just prior to the stall. In the last vid I quickly switched the key off and on and you can see it recover.
This issue happens whether the ICV is plugged in or not.

Removed fuel pump relay completely and jumped 7-8. Car still did the exact same thing so it does not seem like the FPR is the issue. (?)
So far the only thing I see with a faulty fluctuation of numbers on the meter is the ICV. So I was thinking that it was getting a faulty signal to open slightly, but it still does the same stall even when it's unplugged.
It does seem like a leaning up issue when it stalls as the idle climbs an instant before it dies.

It's not the ignition I don't believe. Hooked up a timing light and it never lost spark signal during the stall. Does come off like a fuel starving problem. Fuel flow looks good but not sure about pressure. Not sure why the ICV ohms would do that fluctuation just prior to stalling though.
Working on it. Thanks for the responce! More?
